they would have to go back to court and get another ruling that would cost a lot and take years nobody knew about the ppi scandal if you signed a trust deed 12 years ago the claims did not start till about 2010

Last bit is of interest..."However, given that the question of whether the acts of the trustee in making the final distribution could be reduced has been raised by the court, it may be that it's just a matter of time before this point comes before the courts"

Just thinking it's up to the creditor to get the trust reduced not the trustee so so if a creditor got any ppi could the debtor needs to claim off the trustee to get ppi money back they did say the money was the debtor in the supreme court i was just thinking aloud again

They seek him here they seek him there

Mr Mond they seek him everywhere

Is he in office, or in The Seychelles?

That damned, final, Supreme Court Judgement.

Meant to post yesterday spoke to hodgsons apparently they are sending out a letter to be received today or tomorrow outlining what's happening next and there is more manage to find out that mond has apparently seeked council on how to release funds and that he has many trust deeds to look through to see if the wording on final distrubution is same as Davidson case and said this could take weeks to go through. My question would be how can he accept cheques from banks without authorisation but needs council advice to release funds this is going to rumble on until he gets his fingers out and gets things sorted quickly aside been patient long enough the man is a co plate joke to the Insovency industry
